With our cladding wires, you will prevent wear problems from abrasion, impact, temperature, corrosion and errosion and increase the service life of your parts.
Niobium Carbide Welding Wire is a cored self-shielded wire manufactured from high grade ferro-alloy additives and manufactured to exact formulation providing a rich balance and blend of carbide fractions. The weld deposit contains hard Chromium/Niobium Carbides in a tough austenitic eutectic matrix. Niobium Carbide fractions assist with impact properties and increase abrasion resistance over traditional Chromium Carbide formulation.
This versatile alloy performs exceptionally well in both fine and coarse abrasion providing armoured protection of components subject to all types of abrasion and moderate impact.
The weld deposit by Nb Flux Cored Welding Wire is non machinable.
